Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members
Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also contained in this new document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the continuing oversight process.
